Meritec’s Digital Members Enquiries Portal enables Council Members to quickly access the key information that is relevant to both their ward and the wider Borough. A modern, simple, iPad / tablet friendly interface allows Members quick access to key information such as the latest Committee Papers, useful documents and contacts as well as the ability to raise cases reported to them.
Key Metrics Dashboard
Get an at-a-glance view of key case data for the logged-in elected members ward or the entire Borough. Easily toggle between ward and whole borough view and see the relevant data displayed in a clear, graphical format.
Map View
The ability to view the progress of cases members have reported and map views of cases raised within their ward / borough displayed with pins and also heat maps means that enable Members to quickly and easily get a view of performance within their area.
Report Cases
Quickly and easily report cases within the elected members ward or elsewhere in the borough. Easy access to report cases and then closely follow the progress of the case as it progresses through the Council.

The Meritec Digital Platform provides a range of reporting and data mining methods for analysing the data within the system for insight and knowledge. The system can integrate with other management information sources based on unique referencing/common key e.g. address and name.
The Council has been able to terminate one or more cost streams by migrating to a more modern and cost-effective solution that enables true digital working and provides the facility to extend the digital experience as far and wide as the Council chooses.

True Digital Transformation: Backed by Data
Back in 2019, before the words "pandemic", "vaccine" and "lockdown" were at the forefront of everyone's mind, Meritec won a contract with Derbyshire Dales District Council to help them deliver on their ambitious Digital Transformation aspirations. This was to be achieved by leveraging Meritec’s own unique Digital Platform and associated pre-built solutions.
After being awarded the contract, the Council highlighted that Meritec's experience in delivering similar complex projects (using our range of Digital Solutions), our friendly & easy to work with team, plus our proven partnership approach were key factors in their decision to award Meritec the contract.
