Meritec’s Digital Members Enquiries Portal enables Council Members to quickly access the key information that is relevant to both their ward and the wider Borough.  A modern, simple, iPad / tablet friendly interface allows Members quick access to key information such as the latest Committee Papers, useful documents and contacts as well as the ability to raise cases reported to them.

Map View

The ability to view the progress of cases members have reported and map views of cases raised within their ward / borough displayed with pins and also heat maps means that enable Members to quickly and easily get a view of performance within their area.

Report Cases

Quickly and easily report cases within the elected members ward or elsewhere in the borough. Easy access to report cases and then closely follow the progress of the case as it progresses through the Council.

True Digital Transformation: Backed by Data

Back in 2019, before the words "pandemic", "vaccine" and "lockdown" were at the forefront of everyone's mind, Meritec won a contract with Derbyshire Dales District Council to help them deliver on their ambitious Digital Transformation aspirations.
