Joanne White
Joanne (Joe) is an operations manager at Meritec and has over 25 years’ experience within this sector, having been part of the Meritec Flex Team for over a decade. Joe's role includes working within the intricacies of people management, management consultation and strategic implementation, improving the operational systems, processes, and policies, along with long term planning including initiatives geared towards operational success.
Declan King
Declan has over 10 years of experience in digital service delivery and has managed successful implementations of digital solutions for over 6 years with Meritec. With a passion for customer success and a keen eye for digital transformation, Declan works closely with our customers and digital solutions team to build strong relationships and exceed expectations. A big sports and tech ethusiast, Declan is usually planning his next hike in the Yorkshire Dales.
Stuart Minors
Stuart is the Products and Services Manager within the Flexible Resourcing Team, IRRV qualified with 20 years experience in Revenues, Benefits and Business Processing at Operational and Managerial levels both in the public and private sectors. With experience of leading projects in Service Improvement, Business Transformation and Process Redesign to remove duplication, waste work and produce tangible savings, Stuart works closely with our customers establishing better outcomes and building strong relationships. With a strategic eye on the future for Meritec, Stuart is focused on developing and shaping the Flex business, the Service and current delivery offerings, recruitment and exploring opportunities to expand into other business areas.

The Council has been able to terminate one or more cost streams by migrating to a more modern and cost-effective solution that enables true digital working and provides the facility to extend the digital experience as far and wide as the Council chooses.
