We were introduced to Meritec through David Beeney after some work he’d done with us around mental health. We felt we’d made some good progress with highlighting the importance of looking after your mental wellbeing but wanted something for colleagues as a follow up and the e-learning that Meritec were offering hit the spot! Meritec have been great to work with, they really listened to what we needed and worked closely with us to design a package which was informative and relevant for colleagues. After tough times during the pandemic D.E.S. Group became very aware of the mental health needs of our employees. We wanted to create a space where our employees could open up and be listened to. The first thing we needed to do was organize training for staff on how to deal with mental health, so naturally, we approached Meritec due to their competence and reputation. We have rolled out their Mental Health course right across all staff at the business. We have found the course to be very informative, insightful and will help us break through to those we need to.
