This workshop answers the question from a Benefit Service perspective. Evidence is examined from Benefit KLOE Inspection Reports and participants get a chance to put what they have learnt into practice in the workshops.

Designed for Managers and Team Leaders, this course will help the service ensure it is measuring and providing Value for Money.
