Meritec can provide a consultant to assist with ensuring KLOE project teams move forward and are adequately supported – we took this approach with LHA implementation and it was very successful.

Meritec have recently won a two year contract to support Blackburn in ensuring it meets it aspirations with regard to KLOE where we will be undertaking a number of activities including:

  • Customer Survey
  • Front Back Office Redesign
  • Demographics
  • Project Management

Prices for this service start at around £550 plus expenses and VAT per day.
