It is contrasted against national statistics and focuses on corporate priorities.

This invaluable information will help the service gain an understanding of who their customers are and thus enable it to engage and build the service around the customer. Demographics can be helpful in understanding:

• Poverty in your LA area compared to benefit take-up
• SHBE and HBMS
• DHP spend and other specialist areas where data is available

Our service is similar to Experian Mosaic but considerably cheaper and more flexible as it has been designed with benefits KLOE analysis as its core subject.
