One aspect of the Audit commission that is hard to replicate but really very useful in understanding customer perceptions and experience is customer access. This service can be purchased separately or as part of our Mock Inspection Service and can include:

• Face to face Mystery Shopper
• Telephone Mystery shopper
• Stakeholder review
• NI 14 avoidable contact review
• Website appraisal

Meritec carry out detailed work in the above areas using the same methodology and scenarios adopted by the Audit Commission. All findings are documented and supported with evidence in a detailed report.

Prices for this service start at around £1,250 plus expenses and VAT.
