Managed Support

Meritec originally built our Services reputation largely on the delivery of Managed Services to VME mainframe clients, both through support and management of client hosted installations and Meritec Hosted platforms.

During 2010 we began to provide secure hosting and software as a service (“SAAS”) solutions. We subsequently moved in to the client / server area by providing, for example, Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server based application support.

In addition to the technical expertise supporting these services (detailed in the Skills and Technologies section of the website) a key feature of our support is a fully manned Service Desk using ITIL compliant software and procedures with each service backed by a comprehensive Service Level Agreement.
