Managed Support
Meritec originally built it’s Services reputation largely on the delivery of Managed Services to VME mainframe clients, both through support and management of client hosted installations and Meritec Hosted platforms.
We have subsequently moved in to the client/ server area with, for example, Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server based networks.
In addition to the technical expertise supporting these sevices (detailed in the Skills and Technologies section above) a key feature of our support is a fully manned Service Desk using ITIL compliant software and procedures, combined with a comprehensive Service Level Agreement.
