Implementing IT systems and solutions is not to be taken lightly. Unfortunately the world is littered with horror stories about how IT projects have failed, incurring great expense and considerable delay. Thankfully this does not include projects managed by Meritec.
Our experienced and qualified project managers are highly skilled in managing all the resources involved in an implementation project – typically user resources, IT resources and vendors.
Meritec can provide resources to manage at the micro or macro levels; implementation management, project management or programme management. Our role is to de-risk client projects and underpin project success through sound leadership or support working as appropriate with other stakeholders involved in the project.
