is the brand name for the Meritec range of e-awareness products.

Local Authorities have a constant requirement to provide staff and stakeholders with awareness about key subjects and issues. Focus on… enables the appropriate messages and subject matter to be cost effectively conveyed in a friendly and easy to use manner.

The Focus on… range is highly effective at delivering key messages to large numbers of staff for whom in-depth training may be neither necessary nor cost effective. It can be used independently or as part of a wider training programme where the first step may be to introduce a subject and set the scene for more specialist training to follow.

The test facility within the product enables management to monitor levels of staff awareness and gather their feedback on the course. This in turn can help to target future training needs.
